Our soul(the real actor) is a spark of God.

Here is a heavy layer.

The soul does not exactly have to be here.
Can be in a Higher World as well.
If you keep going up, then you go back

there in the lighter part of the universe

where you don't have to suffer a lot.

You don't have to suffer anymore.

So in the Shadow Universe, it's like that also.

Some parts of the universe are lighter in the

Upper level. If we go there, if we return there,

we will feel better. We feel more Self.

The soul will be stripped of all of this illusionary,

more illusionary than that all the clothes, all the covers.

And then you'll be shining in your Real Self again.

Real Self over there. Not Real Self in the...

You're also part of the Real Universe.

Just different.

Even if you are in the Shadow Universe,

it's better to be in a better position.

If you are in the palace, if you are in the royal family, 

it's better than if you are just a guard in the palace or

secretary in the palace.

You guard your thought alone.
Just that. Just do that.

Just do that one thing.

That is guarding your thoughts.

Thoughts are very hard to guard.

Restrain your thoughts alone.

Do not concern yourself with anything yourself,

for thoughts are very unruly.

The mind is very hard to check.

and swift it falls on what he wants.

The training of the mind is good.

And mind, so tamed, brings happiness.
